This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through the Wellness Exclusives website at wellnessexclusives.com
Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States may cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
Unused and Undamaged: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
Original Packaging: All labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.
Proof of Purchase: Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Return Process

Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom or Personalized Products: Made to your specifications.
Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
Intimate or Sanitary Goods: Underwear, swimwear, personal care items (unless unopened/unused).
Gift Cards & Downloadable Software Products.
